Designed to perfectly fit 2020 Fox 34 & Fox 36 forks. Tested on 27.5 and 29er, the 29er tire clearance is pretty close, but it works for me. RSKI MTB Fender for Fox 36 & Fox 34 Forks
For fasteners I used two stainless steel M3-.50X20mm screws and M3 flat washers from Ace Hardware.
I used a .6mm nozzle, 4 outlines, 20% infill, and .35mm layer height. PLA worked for us with these settings.
